We know youth work benefits young people, enabling and facilitating their meaningful participation and empowerment.  Building evidence to show how it works and in what ways it is experienced by young people is a core concern of youth organisations.  This toolkit provides a robust framework for youth organisations to engage young people in reflection and identification of the ways that their engagement in youth work enhances their life experience and points to opportunities for future programme development in the promotion of empowerment, respect, equality and inclusion.
